Designed for residential furnace filter HVAC applications

NanoWave® Cut & Frame™ is designed for residential furnace filter HVAC applications (1″ pleat height) as an upgrade over pleat media or other existing synthetic solutions.

The 100% synthetic construction provides superior durability as well as high resistance to damages during transport and installation.

Designed to meet standards

NanoWave® Cut & Frame™ (grade name WA11351CF) is designed to meet the ratings of the ASHRAE 52.2 standard at 300 fpm.

With or without reusable frames

NanoWave® Cut & Frame™ can be used with or without reusable frames, providing the benefit of less freight, smaller packages and lifetime value to the end-user.

Up to 120 °C without polymer degradation

NanoWave® Cut & Frame™ can be processed successfully without polymer degradation up to 120 °C for an extended period of time. It is fully disposable (thermal waste treatment). There is no wire mesh, compared to typical wirebacked filters.
